The Facilities Field Staff and Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting and performing daily work order repairs and improvements to the agency-owned real estate. This Facilities Field Tech and Project Coordinator Staff will interact with the agency staff and agency clients on a regular basis. Also, within this role, the Facilities Field Staff and Project Coordinator will meet with City/Town Officials for inspections as needed. The person in this role is responsible for oversight of construction/repair projects as assigned by supervisors. And will regularly meet the contractor at various locations for projects. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Facilities.
