The program manager is responsible for coordinating any services needed by the residents, such as appointments and assistive technology. You will be responsible for upkeep of the program, monitoring the program’s budget, and medication administration and management. The program manager also manages the staff schedule to ensure program coverage and serves on-call as needed. The program manager monitors trainings for all program staff and conducts regular staff meetings. Program managers work closely with parents and/or guardians to best support each resident. Additionally, program managers plan outings for program residents.
