The program manager monitors trainings for all program staff and conducts regular staff meetings. Program managers work closely with parents and/or guardians to best support each resident. Additionally, program managers plan outings for program residents.

As a School Based Urgent Care Clinician, you will provide crisis stabilization and brief treatment to children in the Framingham Public School system at the elementary level. You will join another School Based Urgent Care Clinician and clinical/behavioral providers in the district in helping schools meet the social-emotional needs of their children. You will have weekly supervision through Advocates, as well as support from the Framingham Public School district.
This role is 20 hours per week, but can be combined with another Advocates role to create a full time position if desired. Possibilities include outpatient, crisis, and In Home Therapy.

The Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health Services (SVP BH) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, ongoing development, and management of Advocates’ Behavioral Health Services. The SVP BH serves as Advocates’ subject matter expert in the MA behavioral health system of care and actively engages with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the agency’s BH strategic goals.
