The Registered Nurse provides nursing services as defined in the RN scope of practice and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
The Residential Program Director is responsible for the successful administration and management of the clinical, budgetary and business operations of the cluster of programs. They serve as interdisciplinary team coordinator for residents and their families and facilitates the delivery of quality, appropriate services to residents according to MassHealth, SHIP, DDS, waiver programs and agency requirements.
Starting Rate: $40/hour
The Residential Programs Nurse provides direct nursing oversight and management of medical and care components in accordance with Advocates and funder requirements. The Residential Program Nurse provides training, supervision, and oversight for both residents and staff in all aspects of medical and medication management. They will collaborate with the Nursing Director, Residential Program Directors and nursing team in the implementation and follow-through of the individualized service plans and documentation in accordance with the mission and regulations of the program.

They ensure compliance with all statutes, regulations and contractual requirements. The Senior Clinician also functions as a Mental Health Clinician within the department.

Salary: $74,880$3,000 Sign On Bonus (Applicable to External Candidates Only) The Shared Living Clinician will conduct referral assessments, clinical assessments for people receiving services experiencing psychiatric and/or behavioral crises, provide clinical consultation for Developmental Services Shared Living which include people living with Brain Injuries and Adult Family Care Teams. They will also provide Positive Behavioral Supports based clinical trainings and will develop and provide training for Positive Behavioral Support Plans and medication treatment plans.
Salary Range: $49,920-$52,000
The Transition Coordinator is responsible for the referral and placement process and assisting the Program Director to monitor overall program compliance and supervision of Shared Living Coordinators. In addition, this role will carry a reduced case load to coordinate, provide, and supervise high quality supports to the individuals and caregivers served by Shared Living program.
