$42,000   The Reentry Navigator will provide in-reach and transitional and reentry navigation services recovery services to individuals re-entering into the community from incarceration. Navigators will work with program participants to develop and implement treatment plans that will service and support their transition back into the community, provide supported referrals to address participants’ needs, and to assist program participant to obtain their identified goals.
