  • Opening for full-time Lead Classroom Assistant 37.5 hours (8am-3:30pm Mon-Fri)
  • 221-day school program serving students with autism and IDD
  • Located in Hudson, MA

Responsibilities

  • We are searching for an enthusiastic and energetic Lead Classroom Assistant that enjoys working with young adults with autism and IDD and has a desire to contribute to their lives in positive ways.  
  • We are looking for a passionate TEAM member who is committed to making a difference every day.  
  • You will work closely as a team with the Head Classroom Teacher and Behavior Specialist to ensure implementation of student IEP objectives. 
  • You will work directly with students, review data, monitor student progress, and modify student programming to ensure student success.
  • Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in EducationApplied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities include:

  • assists in the development and implementation of teaching strategies, instructional plans and behavior support plan.
  • Case manages and provide parent training for assigned students.
