The highly successful Advocates Co-Response Jail Diversion Program team is looking for Clinicians who are passionate about serving individuals in communities experiencing mental health crises while teaming up with Police Departments to provide appropriate crisis response. The Jail Diversion Program Co-Response Clinician is embedded in the city/town(s) police department and provides rapid and efficient response to individuals in urgent mental health crises. This clinician will provide evaluation, crisis assessment, and intervention using their knowledge of de-escalation and problem-solving techniques. Advocates Co-Response Clinicians provide a very important, valuable, and vital service to the police and communities we serve.
