The Senior Behavior Management Therapist will provide mobile, community based behavioral services to children and their families. In this role, providers will complete a Functional Behavioral Assessment, work with the family to come up with a Behavior Action Plan, and then support the caregiver(s) in implementing the plan through modeling, coaching, and problem solving.The Senior Behavior Management Therapist will be a leader on the CBHI Team, and will hold additional responsibilities in support of colleagues and the functioning of the team as a whole.
