    The Awake Overnight Mobile Supervisor will assist the Overnight Direct Service Workers and clients during the night and with morning activities as needed.

    Minimum Education Required

    High School Diploma/GED


    Third Shift


    • Remain awake, alert and responsive to the needs of the staff and clients throughout the shift.
    • Provide routine checks on physical sites during the overnight hours.
    • Provide support to programs requiring additional resources and/or urgent situations during the overnight hours.
    • Implement established interventions in accordance with the individual's treatment plan.
    • Report significant health, psychiatric or behavioral issues to the on-call person in accordance with program procedure.
    • Ensure clean, safe and home-like environment for program clients.
    • Perform crisis and physical interventions a needed.


    • High School Diploma or GED plus one year of related experience.
    • Must have strong computer knowledge.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and possess the ability to use good judgment.
    • High energy level and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
    • Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.
    • Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
