Want to lead a team while making a real difference in people’s lives?

As a Developmental Services Program Manager at Advocates, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a residential program while creating a home where the people we support can build independence, pursue their goals, and be active members of their communities.

You’ll lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee staffing and program operations, and ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered support. You’ll also work closely with families, community partners, and other professionals to help individuals access resources, build meaningful connections, and achieve their goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop staff, solve problems, build community, and see the impact of your leadership every day.

If you’re a collaborative leader who enjoys working with people and wants your work to have purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
