The Center Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) serves as a key operational and clinical support role within the ABA Center, partnering closely with the Senior ABA Operations Manager and clinical leadership team to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Worcester center. This position supports scheduling, administrative processes, operational adherence, and center-based activities while helping to create a positive, supportive, and family-centered environment for learners and their families.
Designed for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician seeking leadership development opportunities, the Center Lead RBT maintains a direct-service caseload while serving as an important liaison between families, center staff, and clinical leadership. The role provides operational oversight and coverage during morning and early midday clinic hours and delivers scheduled direct ABA services during afternoon programming.
The Center Lead RBT collaborates with clinical leadership to support staff onboarding, training, and mentorship, helping new team members integrate successfully into the center environment. In partnership with the Senior ABA Operations Manager and clinical team, this position promotes operational efficiency, supports adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and assists in the planning and implementation of structured, enriching activities that promote learner engagement and clinical excellence.
