Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm
Salary: $64,000–$69,000
The JDP Post Response (PR) Clinician will provide a clinically appropriate array of services including outreach, crisis and interim counseling, psychoeducation, care coordination/case management, advocacy, and occasional transportation to individuals and families involved with JDP. JDP PR Clinician will work with program participants to assess mental health, substance use, risk level, and strengths and needs. JDP PR Clinician will work collaboratively with participants to develop and implement person-centered treatment plans that will support achievement of participants’ goals, reduce risk and barriers, and support engagement in appropriate levels of care.
