As the Clinical Supervisor in our adult services division, you'll help lead that mission while supporting and developing a team of clinicians committed to person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with professionals across disciplines, tackle complex clinical challenges through thoughtful and creative problem-solving, and contribute to a culture that values continuous learning and professional growth. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and oversight across our Developmental Services and Brain Injury Division while maintaining a limited direct service caseload and serving as a member of the Clinical Leadership Team.
