- Current license to practice in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse required. Current certification in CPR/Basic Cardiac Life Support required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least three (3) years of clinical experience required. CRRN preferred. Experience in management, supervision, and possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Experience working with individuals with brain injuries in a community setting preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates who demonstrate understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
- Ability to correlate clinical data with residents’ medical and nursing care plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and demonstrate good judgment.
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple simultaneous tasks, organizing, prioritizing, planning, sequencing, and completing tasks independently.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write fluent English.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport individuals.
- Ability to operate agency vehicles.
