The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of the assigned programs, providing leadership, supervision, guidance, and clinical support. The Program Manager actively promotes community inclusion, self-advocacy, and individual rights.
This position involves overseeing a Group Home, situated side by side in a duplex setting. The individuals we support are highly independent, requiring only additional support tailored to their abilities. Many of our staff members are long-term employees, having been with us since joining Advocates and working with the people we support from the start. Additionally, there is substantial support from the families, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
