Advocates is seeking a Program Director to lead our Support and Stabilization Services, contracted through the Department of Children and Families (DCF). These services help families to build skills, resolve clinical challenges, and access resources. Our staff support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, behavioral health challenges, complex family systems, and substance use. Services are delivered primarily in families’ homes and in other community locations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish and grow a program with a presence in several parts of the state. You will ensure that services are clinically sound, family-centered, and consistent with program specifications. This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in an Advocates office at least 3 days per week. Time in specific offices is dependent on program needs.
We offer a collaborative team environment, weekly individual supervision, group supervision, and ongoing training. You’ll be joining a collaborative and energetic environment that incorporates a wide range of programs. Our multidisciplinary providers are invested in continuous learning and clinical excellence.
Advocates promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers many generous perks of employment and room for advancement. We are a strong-knit community that values the ideas and contributions from our staff.
