The Assistant Project Manager – Office of Business Integrity supports the Senior Project Manager in managing the corporate contract management system and the policies and procedures program. This role assists in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effective communication with stakeholders, while contributing to the successful execution of departmental projects.

 

This role is hybrid requiring 2-3 days in person per week, located in Framingham. Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the administration and maintenance of the corporate contract management system (Gatekeeper).
    1. Support the migration of existing contracts into the contract management database.
    2. Help monitor workflows and approvals to ensure timely processing and reduce backlogs.
    3. Coordinate with the software provider to manage user licenses and stay informed on product updates.
  2. Aid in the review and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures:
    1. Assist in ensuring policies and procedures are current and compliant.
    2. Collaborate with policy owners and senior leadership to support the development and updating of policies.
    3. Partner with the communications and training teams to ensure policies are effectively shared and understood across the organization.
    4. Maintain the electronic policy library and archives.
  3. Provide general project support to the Office of Business Integrity as needed.
  4. Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.

  1. Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, contract management, or administrative support.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; familiarity with Smartsheet or other project management tools is a plus.
  5. Experience with Gatekeeper or similar contract management systems is desirable.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  1. Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills required. Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Comfortable learning new systems and working with data and mobile technologies.
  5. Must have ability to read English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which they are assigned.
  6. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
