The Vice President of Children’s ABA Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for all Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service lines across children’s programs, including Home-Based, Center-Based, and Darnell School services. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality, family-centered, and evidence-based ABA services across all programs, including direct oversight of the ABA Program Director and the Darnell School Director. The VP leads in program planning, clinical quality, operational excellence, staff development, and compliance to regulatory and funding requirements, and contributes to shaping the long-term vision of children’s ABA services in alignment with the organization's mission and values.

1. Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Children’s Services to develop and implement the strategic vision, goals, and growth plans for all children’s ABA services.
2. Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the ABA Program Director and the Darnell School Director, ensuring programmatic excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
3. Ensure clinical and operational integration across ABA service lines to promote consistency, quality, and innovation in service delivery.
4. Partner with Directors to develop new service models, respond to community and funder needs, and expand service capacity and access.
5. Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and ensure clinical services are evidence-based, ethical, and data-driven.
6. Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators to assess program health and inform decision-making.
7. Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and maintain a high-performing team of clinical leaders and staff.
8. Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and Training departments to ensure appropriate staffing models, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
9. Guide the development of policies, procedures, and infrastructure that support high-quality ABA services and organizational sustainability.
10. Ensure effective communication across programs and serve as a liaison with funders, regulatory agencies, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
11. Serve as a key decision-maker in complex clinical, operational, or personnel matters affecting ABA services across the division.
12. Represent Children’s ABA Services in organizational leadership meetings, external collaborations, and community engagement efforts.
13. Develop and monitor program budgets in partnership with the SVP and finance team to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
14. Promote an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture that reflects the values of equity, family-centered care, and continuous improvement.
15. Participate in the design and execution of quality improvement initiatives across the ABA service lines.

1. Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
2. Board Certified Behavior Analyst and valid Massachusetts Behavior Analyst license required.
3. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in ABA service delivery, including at least 5 years in senior leadership or executive-level roles.
4. Demonstrated ability to supervise and support high-level clinical and operational leaders.
5. Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
6. Deep knowledge of ABA principles, service delivery models, and regulatory and payer requirements.
7. Experience in special education school administration, including familiarity with DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) regulations and operational requirements for private Chapter 766 approved schools.
8. Knowledge of IEP development, student placement processes, and collaboration with school districts and educational teams.
9. Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging families, clinicians, funders, and community partners.
10. Commitment to family-centered practices, inclusive leadership, and culturally responsive care.
11. Experience in managing program budgets and business operations within a behavioral health or educational setting.
12. Must have valid driver’s license, safe driving record, automobile insurance, and access to vehicle when needed for program oversight or transport.
13. Must successfully pass all applicable background checks.
