Salary: $75,000-$95,000

The Cloud Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of our cloud infrastructure, primarily in the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem. This primarily includes the management of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID, as well as any related technologies such as Entra ID Sync, and Azure Cloud Application Proxy.

Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: MA, RI, NH, ME, CT, FL, and NC.

1. Implement projects relating to the various cloud infrastructures, including further roll-out of Microsoft Teams within the organization, migrating user home directories to OneDrive, and implementing new sites within SharePoint.
2. Ensure the operational health of MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other services within the cloud infrastructure, including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
3. Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings.
4. Collaborate with internal customers, internal support teams, and external support and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) providers.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents pertaining to access to and usage of cloud and related resources.
6. Serve as a backup resource to the IT Security team by responding to potential security incidents when required.
7. Serve as a backup to the Network Administrator in supporting on premises servers, network equipment, operating systems, and applications. These include HPE servers, Cisco/Meraki networking equipment, and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.

11. Strictly follow all agency Performance Standards. 

1. Thorough understanding of network technologies such as IPv4/6, routing/switching, VPN, and LAN/WAN operations.
2. 3+ years of experience with managing Microsoft Office 365 technology, focused primarily on SharePoint online, Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune.
3. 3+ years of experience with administering recent versions of Microsoft Windows Server, to include Active Directory and related functions.
4. Experience managing SaaS technologies such as Barracuda, Smartsheet.
5. Familiarity with both on-premise and cloud-based virtualization technologies.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with only moderate supervision.
7. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.

10. Must provide own transportation for travel to network sites, as needed.
