The PBS Qualified Clinician will work as a member of Advocates DS/BI Clinical Department to promote Positive Behavioral Support systems across day, residential and brain injury divisions. The PBS Clinician will work with residential and day services teams in the assessment of skills/challenges, crisis support, developing behavioral support plans, psychotropic med treatment plans, training and data tracking systems for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact change within various smaller team settings, while working as part of a department in conjunction with other behavioral clinicians. Programs supported are located throughout Massachusetts, though focus for this present position will likely be in the MetroWest to Worcester areas.
