Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical guidance to our Family Support Services team! You will support our contracted services with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), helping families to build skills, resolve clinical challenges, and access resources. Team members provide services primarily in families’ homes and in other community locations. We support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, behavioral health challenges, complex family systems, and substance use.

You will play an important role in building a new regional team to support families in central Massachusetts, including Worcester, Framingham, and surrounding areas. You’ll support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered services. You will also provide home-based individual or family therapy to a small caseload.

This role is hybrid, with 2 days remote. You’ll be joining a collaborative and energetic environment that incorporates a wide range of programs. Our multidisciplinary providers are invested in continuous learning and clinical excellence. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but new supervisors are also encouraged to apply! Bonus points if you have experience in delivering substance use services, or any type of lived experience as a child or parent (related to mental health, substance use, involvement with state agencies, or homelessness, to name a few).

Advocates promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers many generous perks of employment and room for advancement.  We are a strong-knit community that values the ideas and contributions from our staff.
