We are seeking an independent, motivated Behavior Clinician to join our Advocates DS/BI Clinical Department. Help us develop and implement Positive Behavioral Support systems primarily within our Brain Injury Service Line. The PBS Clinician will work with residential teams in the assessment of skills/challenges, the development of proactive behavioral support strategies, psychotropic med treatment plans, training and data tracking systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact change within various smaller team settings, while working as part of a department in conjunction with other behavioral clinicians. Programs supported are located throughout Massachusetts, though focus for this present position will likely be in the MetroWest to Worcester areas.
