- High School Diploma or GED required and minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance and general repairs
- Must possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must be able to perform with minimal supervision
- Must possess ability to use office equipment such as scanner, digital camera, copier, printer, fax and phone systems.
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must possess ability to read a map and be willing to travel.
- Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must possess ability to work independently or as part of team.
- Must possess ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must hold a valid drivers’ license.
